SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders for items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. If an item is out of stock/backordered, we will ship the item once restocked and you will be notified immediately. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. After departing from Milan Perry’s facility, USPS packages generally deliver within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your package’s tracking number. International Shipping Any and all customs fees and charges related to your (the customer’s) order/package are 100% your responsibility. Milan Perry is not responsible for and will not pay customs charges for any orders. International orders can take several weeks to arrive as they must pass through customs and while we make every effort to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, shipping timelines for international packages are out of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing us! We truly value each customer and strive to provide the best experience possible. Due to health and sanitation reasons, we maintain a no return policy. However, if you're unhappy with the condition of your product or package, please contact within 3 days of receiving it, and we'll work to resolve the issue with store credit or other solutions.
